Will the PurePoint system really help me?

The important thing to remember is that our system is designed to help players of all skill levels and is easy to understand and easy to implement.
What kind of guarantee do you make?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your DVD purchase, you have 90 days (from the date of purchase) to return the DVD and request a refund. We can issue a refund through PayPal or we can send you a refund check.

The testimonials on your site seem too good to be true. Will I achieve similar results?
The testimonials and success stories we share on the site are actual customers with great results. Each of them contacted us on their own to share their stories. Obviously every golfer is different so results do vary. But we honestly believe that if you adopt the PurePoint system you will shave an average of 7 strokes from you game.
Does your program work for women?
Absolutely. The theories and fundamentals we teach apply to women and men. Many of our customers are women.
What about left-handed golfers? Will your system still work?
Yes. We have many left-handed golfers using our system. The fundamentals and techniques are the same for left-handed golfers and right-handed golfers. There will be times a left-handed golfer will have to mentally reverse some of Bobby’s words, but the basic principals remain unchanged.
What credentials does your head professional have?

I heard you recently remade your line of DVDs, why did you remake the DVDs?
We had exciting additions and changes we wanted to share with our customers. Rather than sending updates through email, we thought it'd be a great idea to do a complete remake of our collection. We teamed up with some great video makers to produce a top of the line golf instructional video series. The results turned out even better than we anticipated. The instruction truly brings you from start to finish on every aspect of the game.
What is the difference between the new and old DVDs?
The old DVDs were almost completely mechanics based. From the feedback we've gotten, our customers wanted the DVDs to remain mechanics based, and they have... But we've been able to add important mental chapters and course management chapters. As an added bonus, the experience of our head professional, Bobby Eldridge, stands out more. Furthermore, the overall viewing experience is much better, and more organized so that you can take the information and apply it on the course.

Will your DVDs play in DVD players outside of the U.S.?
Our DVDs are all region code 0 which means they will play in all DVD players across the world. We have many customers world wide and have had no complaints of the DVDs not playing.

After I order, how long will it take to get my DVDs?
We ship the first business day after you place your order. U.S. customers generally receive their order in 7-10 days. International orders typically take around 12-13 business days depending on the location. The DVD will be sent via UPS to all US and Canada locations, and United States Postal Service to all International locations
