This month we're going to continue to breakdown the swing by each individual element. Last month we covered the lower half of the body, this month we're going over the top half. We'll start in week 1 with the Spine, then the Shoulders in Week 2, then we'll finish up with the Arms and then the Hands. By the end of this month, you'll have a firm grasp on what every part of the body is doing during the golf swing.
