This month we will be covering Strength and Conditioning for the game of golf.
I know what you're thinking. Lifting weights for golf? Well, what if I told you that you won't see a single dumbell and that at the end of this month you'll be ADDING 10 YARDS TO EACH OF YOUR SHOTS? It doesn't sound so bad now does it.
For this special month, we'll be welcoming Aaron Taylor, the strength and conditioning coach for PurePoint Golf. And I will be instructing you on the mental side of the game.
It's going to be a great month, and as promised, you will see an improvement in each shot of 10 yards or more.
