How did the PurePoint Golf swing help you: My scores, consistency and confidence increased immediately. I understood the concepts as they were SIMPLE.
The very first time I used the swing, I had two consistent nine holes. The second time I used the swing, I won my B grade monthly medal, again with two consistent nine holes.
My confidence is sky high as I have not fully utilised the swing nor practised it to any great degree.
How many strokes did you drop: I dropped two strokes on my handicap! And I have the confidence to lower my handicap further.
What happened that you didnt expect: The speed of my improvement!
Why should others try this: Because it really is a simple swing that promotes consistency and confidence.

How did the simple golf swing help you: Simlified the wole swing. I tried the ABC of golf before with a lot of simularities. The PurePoint Golf swing is very simple to apply and don't have to much technical principals to remember at a time.
How many strokes did you drop: My Scores dropped with at least five shots in two months, but the best part is that my confidence piced up a lot and because of possitive result i also train much harder to play the best golf of my ability.
What happened that you didnt expect: As I was tought by Pro's to drop my rear shoulder, to cock ext it complicated my swing that i was thinking about to many difrent things while trying not to "cock" it up!!!
I did not think that such simple principals can have such a possitive impact on my game.
Why should others try this: If you seem to stand still on the same scores without improving, while getting advice from all difrent coaches with their ways. YOU MUST TRY THE PUREPOINT GOLF SWING !!!
It is easy to understand and you get results. You will still have bad days on the course, but just remember to go back to the Basics of the PurePoint Golf Swing. I took a permanent marker and wrote the abreviation SGS!!! on the top of my folowing hand palm to be reminded of the basic addres and swing principals during each game. One tend to lose consentration at a stage and it seems to remind me before each shot.

How did the PurePoint golf swing help you:
Hi Bobby,
I had purchased the new DVD about a month ago, and I'll be honest with you, between work and other responsibilities, it sat on the same shelf with other unwatched DVD movies until recently.
I'm 36 and have been playing golf for about a year and a half. It was a late start I know, but all my friends golf and finally got me to try it. Of course, I became hooked instantly with the game. Since I'm a perfectionist (not by choice), and consider myself to be the competitive type, I've drowned myself in trying to be better. I've induldged in everything from subscribing to all the golf magazines, watching golf channel as much as possible, and taking tips from other players.
I've always felt I was somewhat a natural at this game and wish I would have started earlier in life, lucky for me I'm in good health and physical shape. About 8 months ago, I broke an honest 90 for the first time (88 with 2 mulligans and no lost balls). Since then, I always average between 90 and 95, sometimes and 88 or 89 but not that often.
Well, all that being said, I've been feeling like I've just been missing something. I finally watched your DVD and committed myself to trying it. I began with the 'whiffle' ball practice in my backyard and noticed I was hitting it much better.
Here's the best part....
When I first incorporated this swing into hitting a real golf ball at the range, I was overwhelmed with joy! It took a few swings to get myself hitting just right, but I was almost doubling my distance (it seemed that way to me!). Here is an example of what I was doing, and what I'm doing now, the first approximate distance is before, the second is now with this new swing and setup:
PW- 70.....110+!
9- 75....120+!
7- 95.....150+!
5- 140.....180+!
3W 160.....220+!
It is unbelievable how well I'm hitting it now, and hitting it straight! Sure there are some messy ones, but not near as bad. I'm giving this new swing and setup my best shot and committment because I really believe in it now, I can't wait until I'm really comfortable with it. I believe if I get consistent with this, I will be hitting low 80's and maybe even breaking 70 by the end of the year! That's how confident I feel with what I've learned from you.
I want to thank you for making that DVD. It may not work for everyone, but I think it fits me just right. The only thing I do different is not interlock the two fingers because I have shorter and thicker fingers and it feels uncomfortable.
Now, If I can do this good with my driver, I will be unstoppable! Thanks again!

Subject: My Success Story
Hi Bobby,
I signed up for the PurePoint Golf system at the end of last season. During the off season, I purchased the DVD.
(I elected to try this system because I thought it would build nicely, on my existing swing. )
We were invited to share our PurePoint stories, so I'm writing to share mine.
First, some brief information:
I live in New York City and started playing in 2002. I was an athletic/muscular 49 year old, 5'9", 205 pounds, not very flexible, but willing to work at my game. I usually get a couple of lessons a year, with a local golf professional.
I'm right-handed and not a big hitter. Currently, my drives average 200 yards and my 7-iron 115 yards. I use regular flex steel shafts and have a "low profile" iron set. My driver and 3W have regular flex graphite shafts.
My scoring average the first (2002) season was 121, the next 114, the next 107 and last year 104. I do break 100, four to five times a season.
I play about 20 rounds, between late March and early October.
During the off-season, of November-March, I worked on the new swing, twice a month. I confess that I started to panic, when the swing did not come around, by the start of this season. However, I resisted the panic and stuck with the PurePoint system.
I have not realized the seven-stroke drop in my scores...yet. I'm still averaging 104. HOWEVER, I do see the following progress:
- I'm starting to "feel" the swing, as it becomes more "natural." When I get it "right," I know it, before I make contact.
- The shortened back swing and rotation around the spine has lessened the sharp pain I use to get in my lower back. This is a significant plus for me and my continued pursuit of the game.
- I've regained the (initial) loss in my distances.
- My slice, with the longer clubs, has been minimized. Sometimes it's non-existent.
- I'm more confident, when hitting my driver.
- I'm hitting more fairways now and my "misses" are usually closer. In my last round, I hit 15 out of 15 fairways!
I think, as I go forward, I'll approach that seven point drop in my scores. I expect to shoot in the 90s more frequently.
So that's my "success story!" Thanks for "listening."
Sincerely,
Gary

Subject: Scores
Dear Bobby:
I have recently taken up golf again.
I am 76 and in very good shape. In my 20s I played the game seriously, had a low handicap of 6 and eventually got very frustrated that I couldn't play scratch golf -- so I gave it up, cold turkey. In the intervening 45 years, I probably played three rounds and never missed it.
Now I have a little time and opportunity, so I started up casually last year. It was frustrating once again, mainly because I wasn't getting good, consistent ball strikes... and I certainly wasn't scoring well, bogey golf or worse.
Then I saw your ad and bit, buying the package. Your technique was a revelation! I started to hit the ball like I knew I could (although I don't have the distance I had as a 25-year playing with wooden clubs).
The chipping lesson was a miracle. I love to practice and boy, did this improve my consistency around the green.
So I had a 78 the other day with a couple of missed short puts... but the best part was that I was swinging with practically no effort, getting good contact and consistent length (which was completely absent before -- I never knew whether my 6-iron was going to go 120 yards or 160).
Many, many thanks for the inspiration, Ted Ewing
