golf grip

i feel that i would like to change from the vardon grip to the interlocking on the couple of occasions i have hit the ball cleaner and further with the interlocking grip but it feels oncomfortable,should i persivere .

4. Why did you try the interlocking?

[I have small weak hands ,i was not able to sit the trailing thumb in the life line off the leading hand i was under hitting all my shots
