Hitting the ball below your feet

The Club that I am a member at is a Mountain Course and most of the time when I am hitting off the fairways the ball is below my feet, what is your tip striking the ball cleanly.

Three things...

#1 if you are hitting a long club, make sure you aim a little bit to the left, you will fade from this sort of lie

#2 make sure after you address the golf ball that you bend over from the hips an extra inch or two

#3 MAKE SURE YOU STAY IN THIS POSTURE UNTIL AFTER IMPACT.

#4 The tendency is to come up, you have to stay quiet until after contact.

#5 Guard your expectations, it is not an easy shot.
