View Full Version : Hitting the ball
Does it make a great difference to hit at the ball (kill the ball) and let the ball be moved as a result of the swing? Why? How can one go from the first to the latter?

Kill the ball is OUT...swing the club is in....
I thought so much.
But how do I get from the first mentioned to the latter? Make a lot of swings without a ball or even swing with the eyes closed?

At first, I would go at it without a ball...and then, and only then you can use a ball once you reached the 300 yard marker using air (not the air in your head) . Be patient! Golf is an excellent way to temper the spirit...and I believe you will get great benefit from persisting with your approach.
Cheers anyway,
Louis
