When I start my downswing, the hosel is leading.
At what posistion do I start to rotate the clubface
and what is the key feeling that tells me it is square?

The toe of the golf club roles open in the backswing. As you swing the clubhead down to the golf ball the toe has to start rolling closed.
If you are a slicer you have to roll earlier than you think.
Do you slice or hook?
How do you roll the clubface earlier? Is this a manual process with the left writst?

Try this and see if it helps. Hold the club up in front of your chest, now make some practice swings.
#1 as you swing the club back the left hand should be on top of the right
#2 as soon as you start the downswing the right hand rolls over the left.
#3 some people like to think of the left hand and others think of the right hand.
let me know if this answered your question.
So if one is a slicer they need to roll the right hand over the left sooner on the downswing? How does this correlate to starting the swing with the right arm?

If you do not start the right arm first, you will really struggle with slicing the ball. From the top of the downswing, the right arm must unhinge early in the downswing. If you swing the club back down on the arc, the right arm unfolds as soon as you start down and it also rolls over the left arm as it swinging down. Let me know if this helped.
