At what point would your eye look down at the ball when putting?. Top of the ball or back of the ball. Thank you.

This is a very individual thing. Let me share with you what I do and maybe this will give you a different perspective. I pick out a blade of grass JUST behind the ball, I mean the first blade of grass. THEN, after I hit my putt I am still looking at that blade of grass and I count one thousand one, one thousand two, AND then I look up and watch my ball roll into the hole....
