I've watched the full swing video a couple of times. I haven't seen
anything mentioned about the wrists during the swing. So I have a question.
How should the wrists be moving throughout the swing?

The wrists are UNFOLDED at address. As the golf club swings past the 9:00 position and it has to start to swing UP, the wrists begin to FOLD and continue to FOLD all the way to the top.

At the top of the swing if the shaft is parallel to the ground the wrists have FOLDED the correct amount.

As you begin the downswing the wrists begin to UNFOLD all the way to impact.

If this did not help, let me know.

Just to clarify, when you say fold the wrists, what does that mean? Do the wrists break at all during any part of the swing?

Thanks,

It's just golf talk...Ready, at address the wrists are unfolded...as you swing back when they get past belt high the arms have to swing up, so the wrists begin to fold as the arms swing up....at the top the wrists have folded so the shaft is parallel to the ground.

To expand on this question: At impact do I hit the ball with my left hand or right hand? Are my wrists and forearms rotating at impact?

Yes they are rotating at impact. Left or right hand, ten million dollar question. No correct answer. It seems slicer use the left more. I have more control with the right hand.

How can the club be parallel to the ground at the top of the backswing if the left arm isn't supposed to go past parallel. Mixed signals here?
