I have been using your swing on and off for approx 18 months now, I have the book and all of the DVD's except the new ones. Every time i decide to try it again, i start off hitting good shots, these soon turn onto hooks, with the occasional shank. My swing tends to be a little flat anyway, but concentrating on keeping the right elbow tucked into my side seems to make it even flatter, then the swing comes through the ball on too much of an inside path.
Is there something i am doing wrong, at the top of my swing the shaft is generally across the line. I still get the right wrist over the left through impact, but the ball always starts out right and draws back, which would be ok if it didn't turn into a hook or a push or the dreaded shank (which i am now hitting at least twice every round).
Any advice would be appreciated.
