Bobby,
I can't even hit a ball anymore. It seems like I lost my swing overnight.
I block every iron shot out to the right @ about 45 degrees.
I've tried grip change (its not the grip) I've tried making sure swing path
is inside out (It is)
I've tried everything but for some reason it seems I'm holding the club face
open at impact position. I've never done that before and never had to
consciously think about releasing my hands.
I'm also hitting all shots fat.
One guys said it looked like I was rotating my arms open at take away. But
my club is parallel to my target / feet line and the toe is straight up. I
can hit good shots from there!
It's after I finish or past the point of parallel that trouble seems to come
in.
Any suggestions??

As I posted this I found out the solution. A friend of mine watched me and said simply. "You've got the shanks" The dreaded golf disease you catch sometimes.
I was "Pulling" my upper body around.
I started slow with my feet together, making sure I was rotating right then left but also that the back of my left hand stayed to the target as long as it could and that MAINLY as I started the Downswing that I "dropped" the right arm first, feeling the weight of the club drop down. Then using my wight on the inside of the right foot just a liitle "push & turn" with the hip letting the shoulders stay relaxed and bring the arms around for the ride. All this working together at the same time.
Perfect shots now. I still want to "pull" my shoulders around sometimes with my 3 wood for some reason. I have to really watch that and concentrate on being relaxed.
