Swing easy

Recently David Nevogt sent me the first of ten tips toward better golf. The first is too swing easy. But if I recall correctly, you said that swinging easy tends to distort the timing of the swing. It appears that I'm getting two conflicting views.
Whom of you two should I listen to?

I don’t understand as to why you would ask Bobby a question like this YOU make the choice and then stick with it, some people are never happy unless they seek conflicting views. On the takeaway shall I take it back, or forward, inside, or outside, up, or keep it down, hit it or miss it.
