Default chipping too strong

Chipping just off the green with 9 iron too a tight pin, ball is comming off too fast, I have checked ball position and weight and shaft angle

If it is too tight, you have to go with a lob, sand or pitch. One big problem if the lie is too tight, you mind scull or top.

Try and gentle 9 and work on it awhile.

Try to read simple golf swing which is a very good golf training book helps in learning a very good hand action and even in terms of your chipping which makes chipping easy.
