Hitting Bunker Shot Fat?

Hi Bobby:
Have your bunker video and you make it look so easy. The problem I'm having is that I'm hitting too far behind the ball and it's not getting out of the trap. How far behing the ball do I enter the sand and how can I somehoe control that I enter in that spot.
On the downswing when your accelerating it's kind of hard to enter the sand at the right spot.

Place a towel one foot behind the golf ball and make sure you miss the towel in the backswing as well as the downswing.
