Default Hitting the ground and loss of self confidence

Hi Bob
I'm a h/c 14 and currently not scoring less than 105 Gross.I'm hitting the ground with the club before the ball,especially with my drivers and long irons,and my confidence is now low,and my golf extremely poor.Pls help me,especially with my driver.

#1 put the driver away for two weeks
#2 tee off with a 3 wood, and make sure you lift your chin up an inch or two at address
#3 stand one inch closer at address
