Default Hitting My Sand Wedge Fat?

I have been hitting my sand wedge fat lately - I use it from 100 yards and in and I tend to hit down on the ball but for some reason am hitting some of these shots fat. I'm a 10 handicap and it is killing my game since I've been hitting great drives but am nervous over this shot because I'm afraid of hitting it fat. It used to be the best shot in my bag - now it's my worst.
Help!!!
PS - have your putting and short game video and love them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't panick I am right here. Let's start with two things and I am sure we can fix it right away. The next time you go to the practice facility after you have addressed the ball, LIFT YOUR CHIN UP AN INCH OR TWO. You will top and blade the ball for a week or two. By the way, keep you chin up during the back swing downswing and turn thru...STAY TALLER...if that does not work, let me know right away.

Default Thanks Bob

One other question - do I hit it fat because I'm hitting the turf before I hit the ball or is it posible to hit the ball first but maybe because I'm using too much of a descending blow I'm hitting it fat - I'm trying to understand it better. Thanks.

There are three fat shots. Two are from the same family.

The first one, I do not think you are doing this is a shallow fat shot. The club swung in to out.

The next one is a very steep swing fat behind the ball, (divot goes further than the ball.) BIG BALL then LITTLE BALL is not so good.

Ball then divot fat is usually not too bad of a shot.

I think you are number 2.
