Default Hooking Driver and hybrids

I sometimes get this hook with my Driver and also most times with my 3&4 hybrids, my other clubs are good. It seems like I am not turning through the ball and my hands snap at impact. I play my Driver off my leading foot instep and tee it high but my hybrids are off the deck or just barely teed up. When these hooks happen I can somewhat correct it by keeping my hands way ahead of the clubhead at address but I dont like having to change setup for a couple clubs. Any advice would be appreciated.

I spent 3 hours on the range today and was able to figure out what the problem was so thanks anyway.
