Default Hooking fairway woods/irons

I had been slicing my drives until I went to a stronger grip by rotating my hands on the club toward my back shoulder, now seeing 2-3 knuckles on my top hand (right hand). Now my drives are mostly straight but I'm hooking (or pulling) my fairway woods and long irons. What do I need to do to correct this without messing up my drives? I'm a left-handed golfer.

#1 Hold on tighter with your right hand for the long irons and fairway woods.
Let me know if this helped.
