I need help!

I was just wondering if you could help me with my problem with slicing. It's
quite a big slice which is the most prominent in my tee shots but still
evident in my irons. I have tried aiming to the left but this is not a permanent solution. If you have any advice that would be gratefully
aceepted.

#1 Square left shoulder, not open
#2 Three knuckles of the left hand showing at address
#3 Roll the right hand in the downswing
#4 Grip the club like you were holding a babies hand
