Unhappy Pitching

I hesitate to use the word, but I have a problem with shanking my gap wedge and lob wedge. I know it's to do with the loft, but what can I do to overcome this problem? It doesn't happen every time, but I never know when one is coming!

It has to do with the path of the downswing. It is probably too much from the outside to inside.
