Wink Right elbow against chest

This seems impossible to do while turning the shoulders. I feel very constrained and can hardly turn at all. This results in fat or topped shots. I'm 72, in good physical condition and have 25 years of bad golf habits behind me. Any assistance would be welcome.

Feels very uncomfortable to keep my right elbow against my ribcage. I feel as if I had a rope tied around my arms and chest. Maybe thats the way its supposed to feel... and I just have to get rid of my flailing arms ?
