Hi Bobby! Well, my age is finally creeping up on me, and I have developed Athritis in my hips and am having trouble getting them out of the way in my downswing. I have started using the hands to compensate and the result is casting and sliding.
Any suggestions (other than a hip transplant)?

How do you know you are casting? Did your playing partners tell you? What the results of your shots, hook, tops, slices, etc.
Let me know.
Bobby

Slices and pull hooks. I can't complete a full swing and look like Arnold Palmer's follow-through.

chances are that you are sliding your hips forward instead of turning them, bobby has a video of it on youtube, you can see it here
