Default Simple Golf Swing Shanks and Slices

I have tried David Nevogt's simple swing system and to be honest very surprise that with such short backswing and no wrist **** at all able to hit it crisp. It only my second try at the range so am still practicing more but with to ask several things I am facing changing to this system
    1) After warming up with several swings motion (simple golf swing system of course) my first 5 balls with definitely be shanks or at best a slice. Using P as first club. After which switching to 8 before it becomes crisp again.
    2) My driver is still slicing and rolling/cross over the hands makes a bad hook. Iron shorts using the system works fine but not on my driver. Any tweaks I need?

It sounds like you are on the right track. Make sure your shoulders are square at address. Get back with me if you continue to struggle.

Not too sure if I m on the right track. Current situation is
    1) My driver is improving slightly as no more hooking as bad. Slicing it sometimes but overall I am quite comfortable with it now
    2) But my irons are giving way now!! Seems to be hitting it thin mostly now....n very low trajectory. Could this be adjustments due to accommodating the driver. I try to hit on the upswing for driver intentionally!
    3) Irons when hit solid mostly end in pulls!!
