Bobby,
I just viewed your Maximum Distance DVD and found it to be
extremely helpful. Great job! However, I didn't hear you
mention the importance of relaxation in facilitating a proper
turn and swing. I would like to hear your comments or suggestions in getting rid of tension which in my case prevents
me from making a full backswing and throughswing. Or, in other
words, I sometimes "hit at the ball" rather than "swingin through
the ball".

Tension comes in a couple of forms. One of the more common reasons for tension is if you are a results oriented person. When you stand on the 13 tee and you know you are 9 over and you have had 4 three putts, then you are probably going to struggle with tension.
On the other hand if you are someone that is constantly tinkering with the mechanics of your swing you will create tension on the golf course.
The ten million dollar question is how to get rid of one or both of those thoughts?
Start with writting down the one or two thoughts you want to take to the golf course and become a target oriented player.
Design your round so you connect the dots of the golf course. I want to hit my first tee shot down the left hand side. That will leave me with a 7 iron over a bunker etc.
I think you can see where I am coming from. Let me know if this helped.
