Maximum Distance CD - Did not recieve free swing analysis

Hello, How do I receive my free swing analysis software as advertised? When I purchased the Maximum Distance CD I did not receive it. I emailed the support and used the customer service site but I cannot get a reply from either. It been over a week now.

By the way the CD is great! My order number was 133028056 for reference.

Sorry to bother you but I had no where elese to turn....

Before you install and run the Swing Analyzer, make sure that you have Apple’s Quicktime Player installed and that it is up-to-date. The Swing Analyzer uses video codecs from the Apple Quicktime Player and that’s why its necessary for the player to be installed. Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/suggestions for the Swing Analyzer software. Its currently in a Beta release, so this is not the full final version of the software. There are still some kinks to iron out, but it still serves all its primary functions of analyzing and comparing your swing videos.
