Hi Bobby,
I just ordered Bunker DVD and although not seen yet I have read 20 page text.
Bunkers are my nemesis - I DREAD THEM ! Your alignment instructions are quite different to most; open stance usually recommended, rather than square. Hopefully will help me.
QUESTIONS:
1) Are you saying that we should use only a sand wedge for ALL greenside bunker shots - even with coarse or wet sand ?
2)Do we consciously aim to hit sand behind ball (how much behind?) on all greenside bunker shots and only hit ball before sand on fairway bunker shots.
Thanks,
Gordon E.
If you have a high lip you will have to use a sand wedge to get over the lip. If you have no lip then a pitching wedge will cut through the wet sand with ease.
Start out with aiming a couple of inches on greenside and ball first on fairway bunkers.
