Its a fine line between keeping out spammers and allowing new members in.

I personally have been monitoring everyone that asks for membership to the forum. Sometimes its very hard to tell malicious intent from just a username and email address, so spammers still get in. But I've also been moderating the posts and removing any spam that I find.

All spam messages are removed within 24 hours of posting.
