Bobby I am using this turn right shoulder back method as a new swing thought. Recently I have started to sky a few tee shots on the par three holes, I assume I am hitting down too much on the ball and have never had this problem before, What do you think I need to do?

Does this happen with all irons?
Do you TEE the golf ball up on par threes?
Do you sky the shots AND fade them?
Let me know.

I do tee up the ball on all par threes
Rescue 4 and 7 wood went dead straight but skied, today recue 4 skied and cut. I have to say the effect of the right shoulder movement is starting to go off!! Things are not as crisp as they used to be. My wedges have been fab, but now I am sort of blocking them, any miss I have with the irons is to the right
Bobby I have not had an answer to my reply to your question of the 25th
Terry
I want you to try this for the next two rounds.
#1 Tee the ball up on the par three's in the middle of the tee box
#2 Aim the clubface at the center of the green
#3 After you have aimed at the center of the green I want you to look at the fringe on the left hand side of the green.
#4 I want you to swing the club down and THINK you hit it left.
#5 I do not want you to COME OVER THE TOP or PULL the shot.
#6 I want you to RELEASE the club left
#7 Let me know if this helped.

have tried your drill and am concentrating on making sure the left wrist turns over after impact, feels good. I am using the swingyde to good effect, easy to set it on the backswing, not so easy on the through swing.

Are you hitting it better?

The temerature in St Andrews at the moment is 2 degrees cel. So if you go out on the Links you had better be fully clothed-so much so that you can hardly make a swing. Have not played much golf but I am excited about my swing. I can hit a full 5 iron in my study with the small sponge balls, I lash them into the closed curtains.
I am using the swingyde and I like the feeling it gives you, it also keeps my width in the backswing.
Cheers Terry
Are you back on the links yet?
