Default Need help with my swing, PLEASE!

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my neck & shoulders and it causes me to not be able to produce a full turn on my swing. I love this game but am finding it hard to get any distance at all from my shots. My drives are 170 to 190 yards, a five (5) iron is only good for 135 yards. I am 56 years old and don't want to have to give the game up. I will take any advise from anyone who thinks they can help.
    THANK YOU

I mostly hit straight to sometimes hook. My shafts are R and I use steel shafts.

Ok, go find a Ladies or Senior graphite shafted seven iron. If the ladies is too short have a one inch plug put in it. I am serious, you will love it. Get a used club for $5.00. Your elbows will feel soooooooo much better. Let me know if this helped.
