    Default chipping alignment/position

    bobby

    two q's about chipping:

    the dvd doesn't say anything about open/close stance; some say stance should be open

    and

    distance from the ball, compared to full swing. some say eyes should be almost over the ball w/a short chip?

    your take;

    I just got the ShortGame dvd, very informative by the way! I have the same question about feet alignment as nothing was mentioned in the dvd.

    Your feet alingment can be open however you must have your knees, hips and shoulders square to the target line, if not you will pull your chip shots.
