Can you please look at my swings and tell me what I do well and what I need to fix...Right now my misses are everywhere, a push, pull, or even hook, but mostly a pull draw.

Thanks for your time.
Not bad. You are definitely not a beginner. You can benefit from a wider stance; make sure that from the 7 iron (which is the club I guess you use on the video) and longer clubs you stance is shoulder width.
If you are "spraying" (misses everywhere) shots its probably a timing or tempo issue. You have to be consistent with your tempo in order to work a pattern. For example if you have the same swing speed, form and timing, you should do the same mistake over and over again such as a hook. From there, Bobby can work you until he gets rid of it. But if you are spraying shots means that you are not consistent in your swing. Work on your tempo, count as you go back and as you go forward, that should stabilize you.

You said that most of your misses are a pull draw. I want you to try something the next time out. I believe your right hand is on the club correctly. I don't believe the left hand is, it is too strong. I want you to move your left hand to the left A HAIR not a mile. Move it slightly to the left.
Hit 50 balls and record each shot and let me know if it stopped the pull draw.
