late cut or slice

hi, i am a leftie and my driver shot is generally a late cut or slice ,i know i,m coming across outside in ,but cant get the body to respond to other way ,any help here ,the divots on iron are outside in also .

Instead of a downswing think of a forward swing. Go forward with everything. An out to in is product of the "over the top" move, where you urge to hit the ball from the top of your swing.
So as you go back with your back swing don't go down with your downswing, go forward. You will see that club dropping right on the slot.
