    Bobby:

After purchasing all your video's and practicing faithfully I carded my first 79 on a moderately difficult course. A great feeling and I know it is all due to your swing instruction. I still have trouble hitting my 3 and 5 woods, a lot of time resulting in a slice which I do not have on any other clubs, including the driver which I hit straight shots with all the time. I would like to know what adjustments have to be made to hit without slicing with these clubs. It seems strange to me that I hit all the other ones straight and am still having trouble with those two.
Thank you for your great instruction and help.

A couple of things that should help. First of all put your 3 wood away for a couple of weeks. The 3 wood does not have much loft and any mistake with an open face will cause a slice.

The next time you go to the practice facility make sure you can see 2 or 3 knuckles of the left hand at address (just for the 5 wood, not your other clubs)...let me know how it goes.

In the new "HOW TO HIT A DRAW" dvd, take another look at the "GRIP' chapter and I think this will give you some more insight.
