Lightbulb up on toes at contact

I am a girls' high school golf coach and have a player with a habit of going up onto her tip toes, at contact, with every club. She can't seem to break the habit and I'm out of ideas as to how to help her. Suggestions and drills PLEASE.

She probably hits pulls, maybe pull fades...She is a little in and over. Find a hill (ball above feet) and ask her to swing her longest club (driver) (no ball for starters).

Make sure you tell her to swing one swing at a time, not back and forth. Make every swing count. Ask her to start swinging in slow motion or only as fast as she can control. NOT ON HER TOES. Then she can speed it up.

25 swings on side of hill slo-mo
25 swings on level ground slo-mo
25 swings on side of hill-a bit faster
25 swing on level ground-a bit faster
    etc.

Tell her I want her autograph now so I don't have to fight for it when she gets on the LPGA Tour.
