Drills to keep legs steady
I recently watched a video of my golf swing and noted that my legs move quite a bit during the downswing. I concentrate not to straighten my left leg but during the backswing but during downswing I have a tendency to bend it resulting in me falling back during the swing.
Any suggestions on how to rectify my problem will be much appreciated. Will practising with a beach ball between my knees perhaps do the trick?
ur legs must be still and ur eyes must b focus on hole..ur boll will automatically be in hole..try it.
