I don't understand after going through 13 pages of the forum, what is happening. Many questions have no responses. Other questions are answered and then the person after receiving an answer never responds back again. So there's never any give and take beyond one or two responses. It would be valuable to hear some real feedback as people try out suggestions and then come back. Surely it can't be that one piece of advice is like a magic wand!! Changing golf swing movements is challenging and you get no sense here of that process. And why is the interaction between people posting here practical non-existent. It would be very helpful to hear about other people's learning process.
One question, one answer (or no answer) and then the person doesn't come back again. Seems awfully odd to me that this same pattern keeps recurring page after page after page.
Someone talk to me please!!

Do you have a question about your golf game?
Bobby
Bobby,
can you please reply to my thread. The one previous to this one. Thanks.
Most golfers that come to this site ask a specific question about their game. I respond with an answer and most of the time that seems to correct their mistake.
I am guessing the success rate is pretty high and that is why there isnt't much give and take, so to speak.

Given my experience with golf, I guess that I'm pretty surprised that one suggestion so readily cures all swing ills.
I've watched and listened to the Full Swing Lessons DVD and with most every student there is some reference to how long its taken to learn particular motions. None of this by the way is a criticism, but reality usually is, that it's not easy to learn, relearn and be able to self-monitor new swing elements. There's no question how helpful all this is, but learning is usually a 'process', and it's that process which I thought would be interesting to share.
Then again, there is always the danger of talking all this to death!!
I would be surprised Bobby if you told me in giving lessons that one lesson wonders and one correction was sufficient!! I always thought it was the bane of most golf instuctors to have a student come one time, think that was enough, and then never return again. I would think that basically happens when the student already has a pretty reliable and solid swing and can quickly incorporate some new aspect of instruction.
