I picked up a used Swingyde to use indoors during the cold winter months here in OH. I found that my position at the top was pretty consistent with the Swingyde ... but ... I found that I am over rotating on my finish. Is this good or bad?
I tend to have really fast and sometimes flippy hands through the ball so it may be due to centrifugal force or a result of my hands? Any advice?
When you say 'over rotating on your finish' do you mean with your hands? Fast and flippy hands through the ball happen when you manipulate your hands somehow. Centrifugal force won't make you flip. Check your left wrist at impact and make sure it is flat, not cupped. Losing your lag and flipping your hands during impact can cause a lot of issues.
