Drill video states handle to belt buckle . all previous advice received states butt of handle middle of front leg . Why th e different advice ,you have me confused.

In talking to our golf pros, it seems that the most important thing is that your hands are forward in the chipping set up. How far forward depends on your individual comfort and results.

Bob,
That is correct, just make sure your hands are foward and the shaft is leaning forward. To get the descending blow on the ball, weight needs to be forward and hands forward. You can experiment with how much forward and see how it affect the trajectory (farther forward will be lower, more neutral will be higher).
