I have purchased all of your golf DVD's and I am working on the Driver
one at the present. This one and the full swing one has helped
immensely with my game. Thanks so much. I do have one question. In
the Driver DVD you talk about the address position. You talk about the
position of the golf club head and where the grip should be in relation
to the belt buckle. The one thing I could not find was how far away
should the end of the grip be from your belt buckle, or how far should
be standing away from the club shaft. I have heard one hand width or 6
inches.
I would appreciate your guidance on this.
Thanks,
Lorin Lords
This is a 500 year old question. Because we are (golfers) come in all different sizes and shapes, I do not believe this one can be measured. For the masses maybe. The single best way for you to figure the distance out is through trail and error. If you hook the golf ball you MIGHT be standing to far from the ball. If swing from out to in you MIGHT be to far from it. If you hit the ball in the heel you MIGHT be to close. Experiment and get back to me.
