Sore Arm

Hi Bobby, this is Bob from London, England. I play about once a week if I am lucky but I seem to have developed a sore left arm around the elbow, possibly mascular. Could I be gripping too tight or what? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Left elbow-golfers elbow...a couple of things, ice after every round. #2 grip the club like you were holding hands with a baby. Take a couple of weeks off. I went through a brutal summer two years ago with the same thing.
