    Cool swing speed

I am an 8 handicap and was told by a club fitter for my swing speed with a driver which averages about 82 miles an hour I am maxed out on the distance I am getting. How do I increase my swing speed??

I am going to give you two ideas, make sure you try them both for 500 swings and then get back to me.

#1 Hit balls with your feet and knees touching each other, FULL SWING...do not compensate because your feet and knees are touching. This one will take you 100 shots to start feeling comfortable. Twenty balls with your feet touching, twenty balls normal swing, back and forth.

#2 I know this one is not cheap but see if you can buy a used HITTABLE driver. Speed stick is another great idea.

Get back with me on the results.

You are going to throw your timing off for a while, so be prepared.

If my hitting of the driver is pretty good, do you still recommend a hittable driver in order to improve my drive to be even straighter and more powerfu. I can Drive in the neighborhood of 275+ yards now.

I do not think you need a hittable driver.
