    Default chipper club

Is the chipper club legal in profesional golf?

The answer is no for professional and for amateur play also. The USGA says that it is non-conforming. On there web site if you go to Equipment and then look for conforming golf heads, Ex. 19a shows a chipper as a dual sided club and it is non-conforming.

Let me know if this helps.

They mention about dual side one, what about a single side one . I don't use it but I have seen people use it in amater tournament!!

When you go to the USGA RULES....They mention something about a protruding edge on a golf club. There are other guide lines that have to do with the overall look of a golf club.
