I am a bogey golfer. I am constantly improving. I take the game serious, for it is like chess: every move or every shot in golf is like in life, they all must have a purpose. When I hit my irons, I am inconsistent. As for my driver, I hit the ball with confidence, accuracy, with great distance and straight. With the irons, I tend to change my swing to a more brush stroke. It works, but when I see others hit irons with confidence, that ball cuts through the air like a knife. I just get a lob. I can get a distance, but at the end of the ball travel, it will tail off. I dont feel the same power or speed like the driver. The question is, do I swing my irons the same way I swing my driver? How do the pros create that backspin when the ball hits the green? I want to experiment with this, especially with my new hybrids.
