How to hit a draw

Hi Bobby,

I just purchased a couple of yr DVDs for How to hit a draw and [URL="http://www.purepointgolf.com/instruction-pitching-vs-chipping"]Short game[/URL], I haven’t received them yet but I did download the outline reminder, however, I tried using the tips today on the course but after the game, I felt discomfort on my right wrist (near the bone area, even a little pain and stiffness), is it normal or I was doing something wrong, was my right hand being too active on the downswing??
