If you pulled your tee shots most of the day try this the next time out.
#1 tee the ball half as high
#2 hold on twice as tight with your left hand as you do normally
Hey Bobby,
Played my first round with the new swing. I new there would be growing pains. I shot 10+ over what I normally shoot. Most of the extra strokes were penalty off the tee because I kept pulling my drives. I had better results with the irons as far as power, but I pushed a lot of shots. Suggestions?

Bobby,
Wouldn't you say that if you constantly pull a shot is because you are coming "over the top" with the clubface square to its path? The remedy that you propose will prevent the club face from shutting which will in turn produce a "cut" to the shot. True or not?
I believe you can pull a shot by swinging out to in with a square face, yes. However when you put a tee under the ball I don't know if he flicked pulled or comes over the top.
If you tee the golf ball down there is no room to flick the clubhead you have to TURN THROUGH to hit it.
I do not propose to cut it. I believe with it teed lower the face will square up at impact.
Thanks for the response.
Bobby
