All irons go same distance

It seems as though al my iron shots go about the same distance. PW through * are about 100yrds. 7 through 5 go maybe 20 yards farther. My hybirds and woods seem to go much the same distance they are meant to . What can be causing me to lose distance with my irons?

Is the ball fading/slicing? Usually when you "cut" the ball it also "cuts" the distance.
