Hi, Bobby! I'm new to the forum here, and wanted to thank you for putting out fantastic instructional DVDs. I actually feel I know what I'm doing most of the time now, instead of just hacking away and wondering where my golf balls will wind up next. I want to make sure I am understanding pitch shots correctly. The short game DVD shows pitch shots that have very low follow throughs and finishes; the follow throughs and finishes look very similar to the follow throughs and finishes of chip shots (club face finishes low and square to the target; the feet stay pretty still the whole way through with the feet staying in the same spot the whole time, no shoe laces coming off the ground and no club coming up to finish at 10-11 o'clock). The Pitch/Lob DVD shows the body turning after impact, the club path arcing after impact, the belly/laces ending up facing the target, and the club coming up to various heights of finishes depending on the backswing. Has the Pitch/Lob DVD simply evolved to cover the pitch in greater detail than the Short Game DVD did, or are there 2 different types of pitches? Is the Short Game DVD exclusively for short pitches near the green, and the Pitching/Lob DVD for longer pitches? Please help me clarify this. Thanks!
