Default skulling medium to short pitch shots

I have a recurring a problem skulling my medium to short pitch short. I beleive my set up is correct but am flipping ny wrists and can't stop it.

My problem is with pitching over a bunker from a poor lie.
I have trouble getting the ball up and over the bunker.
I tend to skull the ball across the green with my sand wedge.

How should I play the shot?
