Slice when speeding up swing

Since receiving your DVD I can hit the ball straight consistently with the thought of moving arms before shoulders.

However distance is lacking 140 yards with a 5 iron, 180 yards with driver.

I am 50 years old lefty in pretty good shape.

With the irons I also tend to hit fat when speeding up swing.

What is your ball flight, fade, draw, thin and low? Give me some insight.
